It is compulsory for everyone to have a patch test before a procedure is carried out, to avoid any complications.
This is a way of identifying whether a substance that comes into contact with the skin (a product used during a treatment), causes any kind of inflammation or allergic reaction that may occur. Results will appear approximately after 1 hour to 24 hours. You will then know if you are allergic or intolerant to any of the products planned.
